Triple S Workout
Is a one hour dance based workout class geared toward sculpting and strengthening the body. The class utilizes pilates, yoga, weights and band exercises to tone and sculpt the whole body. The class promotes a fun, friendly, and supportive workout team. For this class you'll want to bring a Yoga mat, a set of 3-5lb dumbbells, and a wide flat band.
Beginning Ballroom Class
Is a one hour Dance class covering various styles of ballroom. The class is based in social styles and but also covers International Standard and Latin dances. No partner is needed to attend class. For this class you'll want to wear form fitting clothing you feel comfortable moving in, socks, tennis shoes, or ballroom dance shoes.
Beginning Belly Dance Class
Is a one hour Dance class covering the basics of Egyptian Oriental Cabaret Style belly Dance. You'll want to wear form fitting clothing you feel comfortable moving in, bare feet or ballet slippers, and your hip scarf.
Beginning Ballet Class
Is a one hour Ballet Dance class covering the basics of ballet. Pros and beginners alike will find benefits from this class. The majority of the class is Vaganova technique. You'll want to wear either fitted top and leggings or your ballet leotard and tights. Pointe dancers with experience are also welcome in class.
